- Christianne Brunelle
- Christianne has a multi-faceted background including a degree in Architecture, an MBA from McGill, plus many years of corporate management experience at a Fortune 500 company. She is also a self-taught bridal designer with a boutique in Montreal: Christianne Brunelle Couture Nuptiale. While helping a friend shop for her wedding dress Christianne realized how much of an unfilled need there was in the market for women to have a real influence on the design of their wedding dress at a reasonable price point. She put her design and business skills together to launch a customizable line of wedding gowns later that same year. The collection addresses many of the issues she discovered while shopping for her own wedding dress: •All gowns are custom made therefore eliminating “surprise” alteration costs •Simple yet sophisticated designs •Pure silk gowns at a reasonable price point •Innovative features like pockets, detachable trains and dresses than convert into cocktail gowns Well into her third year, Christianne has opened a showroom in the heart of the “Plateau” in Montreal to allow local brides a chance to shop directly with the designer.
